Machine Introduction

• TLD series is specially developed for hollow shell parts, large barrels, and plastic casings of large home appliances recycling (such as chemical barrels, suitcases, storage baskets, plastic chairs, car bumpers, TV casings, refrigerator casings, washing machine casings/liners, etc.).
• Open design of crusher chamber with large capacity; blade/screen maintenance and replacement are convenient.
• The blade shaft adopts advanced V-shaped cutting design. The unique hopper angle sends material directly to the cutting edge, reducing impact on the side wall, enhancing wear resistance, and lowering crushing dust.
• Models TLD6250 and below use mounted bearings. Models TLD8365 and above use independent heavy-duty bearing seat with load-bearing structure, oil seal device, and sound insulation baffle to reduce vibration/noise and keep materials from being polluted by oil.
• The crusher can be equipped with auxiliary systems such as conveyor belt, immediate recycling system, dust removal system, metal separator, powder screening system, etc. Customization is supported.
