Machine introduction

• Double shaft shredder is suitable for large volume or hollow materials, such as: car shell, tires, refrigerator, TV, washing machine, plastic bucket, metal bucket, packaging box, plastic tray, medical waste, industrial waste, kitchen waste, organic waste, hard disk, documents, books and other materials that difficult to crush.
• The blade is made of special alloy steel, strong and durable with long service life.
• The thickness, number of teeth and sequence of rotary blades can be designed according to different material crushing requirements.
• Composite structure outer frame with folio in thickened, wide-angle hexagon of the strong rotating shaft, strong hopper with large-calibre, easy for large size material input.
• The shredder is standard configuration with Siemens PLC automatic control system, equipped with start, stop, reverse and overload automatic protection functions, with low speed, low noise, low dust, high output and other characteristics.
